The hedgeball courts are being prepared all over the county. Isolated occurences of hedgerot have failed to deter local hedgers from celebrating the harvest and impending season. Smashed hedgie is being reported on isolated roads all the way to the Clark County line. Teams from as far away as Osage in Mitchell County, Iowa will be headed this way for the start of the fall season, Thanksgiving week. Hedgie smugglers are active this time of year. Beware of cheap imitations! Norwegian hedgeballs in particular should be subjected to extra scrutiny. Those guys from Oslo think they are clever. Always look for the Good Hedgekeeping Seal of Quality!
